Principals

  •     Clarence "Bim" Wallace - Founder
Bim Wallace has worked in the field of electronic component design and production since 1959. He founded Cladan Inc. in 1970 to supply production equipment and materials to the emerging electronic ceramics industry. His designs were well received and by the time he left the company in 1986, the company had set up 21 production lines or turn key factories in 14 countries. Mr. Wallace combines an unusual mixture of talent in machine design and building with a deep reservoir of knowledge about the materials and chemistry of ceramics. The talents reinforce each other and lead to a unique ability to innovate new products combined with the processes and equipment to build them.  Bim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
