·         Highly compact design uses curved hot plate for initial drying path followed by 1m diameter heated wheel.

·         Roll to Roll tape transport.

·         Automatic web guiding and tension control for accurate rewind.

·         Entire process is enclosed within HEPA filtered cabinet

·         Explosion proof design for use with flammable binder solvents

·         Heating in machine by circulating hot fluid (water or oil)

·         A variety of modular precision coating heads can be supplied. Adjustable doctor blade is standard.

Auto-feeding slurry delivery with fiber optic level control is standard.
