Although many firms manufacture hydraulic presses, such presses are manufactured for general purpose use and are not optimized for ceramic processing.  Cladan has developed and produced 100, 200 and 400 ton presses that are optimized in the following ways:

  •    Quieter, Essentially noiseless operation.
  •    More Compact:
  •    One half to one fourth the size for equivalent force and throughput.
  •    Air-over-oil operation.
  •    Supplied with tooling.
  •    Operator safety features included.
